Mt. Carmel Bible College & Theological Seminary, Inc (Mount Carmel Bible College) is a nondenominational, Christ-centered college that welcomes anyone who desires to learn the Word of God and rightly divide the Word of truth. We are accredited by the Christian Council on Education Inc and Evangelical Training Association (ETA) and governed by an eight-member Board of Trustees.

Mount Carmel Bible College was founded in the year of our Lord 1998, at 642 East Sunrise Highway West Babylon, NY by Dr. Wayne A. Spence, Chancellor. It was founded as a Bible Institute, and the first class began in April of that same year with Evangelism.  A record number of students enrolled that year, of which 24 graduated with certificates and were licensed to the office of Evangelist.  Today Mount Carmel Bible College has many more academic programs available to its enrolled students.
